Personal Chiropractic Story:
Dr. Cara has been under chiropractic care since the age of 8 years old, when she injured her back on the school playground. The results she achieved through chiropractic care led her to become the family oriented chiropractor that she is today. Dr. Cara and her husband, Brian, have two sons, Wesley and Andrew, who were both born at home and adjusted since birth, because she understands that chiropractic care, at a young age, is essential to the growth of a healthy body.
In addition to chiropractic care, Dr. Cara continues to study the benefits and uses of essential oils in relation to overall health of the body and the home. She will be hosting informational classes in the office a few times a year to educate those attending on how to have a healthier home with less chemical interference on the body. Dr. Cara has a passion for serving others and cannot imagine doing anything else. She looks forward to helping you and your family!
